Southern Seminary president Albert Mohler, Jr. talks with David Van Biema of Time magazine HERE.
Many of you probably harbor some less-than-flattering preconceived notions (not entirely unwarranted) about Southern Baptists. If so, you'll probably be surprised (pleasantly, I hope) by Mohler's answers in this interview. Southern doesn't fit many of the Southern Baptist stereotypes, and in fact shatters many of them - for the better. I hop the theology of this interview will help you understand why I chose Southern. Amen!
He held the door open for me tonight and said "good to see you". That's nice.
